Regenerative Medicine By Dr Theodore Harrison is an easy-to-read fascinating voyage through some of the newer treatments available today for managing pain and restoring health. Both prolotherapy and platelet-rich plasma are available in our clinic, but stem cell therapy is not. It is interesting to read about potential future treatments, some of which might become standard care in years to come. |
Here are some suggestions for treating trigger points. If you wish to see any of these books before purchasing or getting out the library, please ask us. You can look at them in our clinic but not borrow them.
"Trigger Point Self Care Manual" by Donna Finando
If you are looking for an easy to read self-treatment book, Donna Finando has a good one. It is laid out according to parts of the body, and you can navigate easily to your problem area for suggestions on stretching and ways to manipulate those triggers. |
