Dr. Jannice Bowler is accepting referrals only for prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, Arthrosamid (a hydrogel injection for the knee) and nerve entrapment hydrodissections. Prolotherapy, PRP and Arthrosamid are uninsured, private-pay services. Dr. David Bowler is accepting referrals for clinical hypnosis for phobias, chronic pain, functional neurological disorders, and irritable bowel syndrome, and for Pain Reprocessing Therapy for chronic stress-related or nociplastic pain. These are not insured services. He may also accept referrals on a limited basis for trigger point or perineurial injections for myofascial pain. APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: we have switched to an email/text notification of your appointment and ask that when you receive it you click the button to confirm. You will no longer receive a reminder phone call. Please CANCEL your appointment if you have symptoms of respiratory or gastrointestinal illness. We normally require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations but waive that requirement for potential infectious conditions. A no-show fee may be charged if appointments are not cancelled. OFFICE HOURS: 9:30 AM to 4.30 PM Tuesday-Thursday + Friday 9:30 AM-4 PM. Leave us a message if you get the answering machine when you call.
Normal hours: the office is usually open Tuesday - Thursdays 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, Fridays 9:30 am-4:00 pm most weeks. Please note that Drs David and Jannice Bowler have different individual days/hours. Please check the website for questions about the different treatments we offer as well as for directions to our clinic. Yes, you do need a referral from your family doctor, specialist, or a walk-in clinic before we can book an appointment for you.
