Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointment Fees: PLEASE give us enough notice if you can't come to your appointment. Other patients would appreciate the opportunity to be seen. An exception can be made if you are ill with a potential infection - please let us know if you or a contact is ill with COVID-19, gastroenteritis, or a flu-like illness and your appointment can be rescheduled without charge. 

• Our office requires a 2 day/48 hour notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling.
• Missed appointment fees are usually usually $150 for an initial consultation and $75 for a follow up appointment.
